Delivery
The products are electronically delivered and will be sent within two (2) working days after your payment has been confirmed.

Payment and VAT/tax
The price will be shown both with or without VAT (25%). Only orders within the EU, from companies providing a VAT number will be charged with VAT.

CRM Extensions offers two options of payment
1. Online payment using your credit card. If you use this option, the payment procedure will be handled by CRM Extensions through a secure payment gateway. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron and JBC.

Privacy policy
We will not share any of your company or personal information with anyone. We only use it for processing your order at CRM Extensions and it will not be sold, shared or distributed to third party.

Return policy and faulty products
Where the customer within a period of three (3) months of the purchase provides written documentation to the Customer evidencing that the Software does not perform substantially in accordance with its technical documentation, and that there is a significant defect in the Software,(i.e. a defect characterized by one or more of the Software's vital business functions being unable to operate due to the defect rendering the Software inoperable), CRM Extensions shall either: 1) provide free of charge a new version of the Software without the defect. Any replacement of the Software will be subject to this limited warranty for the remainder of the original limited warranty period, or one (1) month whichever is longer; 2) rectify the defect free of charge or suggest methods of use/procedures whereby the defect will have no significant effect on the use of the Software; or 3) terminate the License Agreement and return the paid license fee.

CRM Extensions reserves the right to change products or/and prices on the website without prior notice. Errors in advertised prices are not binding and may be adjusted at any time.
